Terms of Use — TALORD Arena 3D

These terms apply to the website talordarena.com, the browser game, the PC version and the Android app com.talordarena.game (together: "the Game"), operated by TaLord, Israel. By using the Game or creating an account you accept these terms. Contact: [email protected].

1. Ownership and copyright

© 2026 TALORD Arena. All rights reserved. The name TALORD Arena and its logo, the code (client and server), the world design, characters, classes, story, texts, art direction, user interface, and official screenshots and videos belong to TaLord. Third-party components (models, sounds, fonts, libraries) are used under their own licences and listed on the Credits page; their creators keep their copyright.

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the Game for private, non-commercial use. No ownership is transferred to you.

2. What is not allowed

Copying, redistributing, selling, renting or republishing the Game, its code, files, models, images or sounds, in whole or in part.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, extracting files from the client, defeating the code minification/obfuscation, or trying to access the server code.
Cheats, bots, macros, automation tools, code injection, exploiting bugs, or any software that modifies the Game or gives an unfair advantage. Report bugs instead of using them.
Running private servers, emulators or parallel servers, or connecting an unofficial client to our servers.
Using the TALORD Arena name, logo or characters for another product, game or service without written permission.
Attacking the servers (DDoS, scanning, deliberate load) or trying to access other people's accounts.

You may make fan content, videos and streams of the Game (including monetised YouTube/TikTok/Kick), as long as you don't present it as official and don't distribute the Game files themselves.

3. Accounts

One account per person is recommended. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done with your account. A verified e-mail address is required.
Character names may not be offensive, racist or sexual, or impersonate staff or another person. We may change or block such names.
Selling, buying, sharing or transferring accounts, characters, gold or items for real money or anything of monetary value is not allowed.
Behaviour: no harassment, threats, hate speech, spam, advertising, or sharing other people's personal information in chat.
Breaking these terms can lead to a warning, mute, progress reset, suspension or a permanent ban of the account and device, at our discretion.
You can delete your account at any time on the account deletion page or in the game settings.

4. Virtual items

Gold, items, pets, wings, rankings and all other virtual content are part of the Game, are not your property and have no monetary value. We may change, rebalance, add or remove them.

4a. Free to play and cosmetic purchases

The Game is free to play. It may offer optional purchases of cosmetic items only (such as looks, wings or effects) that give no gameplay advantage. Purchases in the Android app are made through Google Play and are subject to Google's terms and refund policy. A purchase gives you a licence to use the item inside the Game only; it cannot be transferred or exchanged for money and is non-refundable except where the law requires (including the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981).

5. Changes and availability

The Game is in early access and provided "AS IS". Expect bugs, weekly maintenance, downtime and resets. We may change or discontinue the Game or parts of it, and update these terms; material changes are announced on the site or in the Game.

No warranty: the Game and the site are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any warranty, express or implied, including availability, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaLord is not liable for indirect damage, loss of data or progress, or problems caused by third parties. Some consumer-protection rights cannot be waived and nothing here limits them.

7. Privacy

Data collection is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel; the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.

9. Reporting abuse

Seen a copy of the Game, a private server or cheats? Write to [email protected]. Rights holders who believe content in the Game infringes their rights can contact the same address and we will deal with it.
